It’s not just about identifying, correcting and /or rejecting defects but preventing them. A proactive approach to Quality Assurance at each step of the process reduces the cost of production, increases efficiency, minimizes waste, guarantees consistency, builds trust, lengthens the garment lifecycle and ultimately earns more business. With good Quality Assurance processes backed by defect tracking and data, you can recognize inconsistencies and react to problems more flexibly, even before they occur.
We conduct pre-production meetings, fabric inspections, in line inspections and end line inspections on behalf of our customers. We coordinate and communicate with the vendors directly and a report is made available via the customer’s online portal within 24 hours.

For our QC services, we charge per Manday needed to execute the inspections. To make life easy, customers simply purchase Manday Credits that can then be used flexibly.
There are two ways to purchase Manday Credits from us. Both offer discounts based on volume and the choice between them depends on your level of commitment and recurring business:
1. Prepaid
This is a good choice if you want to try our services without long term commitment or just need QC inspections every now and then. Just prepay the Manday Credits you need by credit card and you’re good to go!
2. Monthly Plans
By signing up to a plan and committing to purchasing a minimum number of Manday Credits per month, you'll receive a higher discount. We'll help you manage your peaks and troughs by carrying over unused credits and offering additional credits at the same discount.

All plans have a minimum contract period of 9 months after which the subscription will be automatically renewed each month. The plan can be cancelled with a 3 month notice at any time after the first 6 months.
